Purchase Conditions
• No refunds or reductions in case of cessation of operations.
• Refunds - if requested before April 30 - only in case of accident or illness (ski passes from
2 days, without family tickets and passes), doctor's certificate required or within the scope of the
pandemic regulation. No refund for accompanying persons.
• Ski passes are not transferable (card controls).
• Any misuse of tickets will be penalized.
• In all other respects, the tariff regulations posted at the ticket offices apply.
